| Before you sign that Dual
Agency Agreement ask yourself: "Is my real estate licensee, in whom I've confided and placed my trust, and is now now encouraging me to accept and agree to diminished representation, the best person to be advising me about the downside of Dual Agency?"
You, consumer, have the right to Single Agency and the undivided loyalty of your real estate Agent (Broker) and every salesperson employed by your Agent (Broker).
Single Agency = Undivided Loyalty Informed consent requires an informed consumer. You, consumer, have every right to say "No" when asked to agree to the conflict of interests inherent in a dual agency agreement. Want to learn more before your sign?
